Job Summary
A retail company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Agent in Salt Lake City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
- Checking inventory, processing returns, and issuing replacements and credits
- Negotiating and appeasing customers using a variety of methods
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years' previous customer service experience
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
