Job Summary

A home furnishings retailer is seeking a Remote Retail Customer Service Associate in Las Vegas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering customer questions, requests and concerns via customer interaction channels
  • Providing product information and suggesting alternative products based on customers’ needs
  • Entering orders into systems and verify all the information is accurate

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Excellent reading and written language skills (English): good math skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and navigate through multiple systems
  • Excellent telephone presence, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent data entry, typing and computer skills
  • Thorough working knowledge of email, internet browsers, and Google platform
