Job Summary
A retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Retail Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Taking ownership of individual customer queries
- Resolving questions and achieve customer satisfaction from our customers and internal teams
- Helping manage the customer experience through the order fulfillment process
Position Requirements Include:
- A passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service
- A strong communicator who can explain complex information in simple ways
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload
- Confident in problem solving, making independent decisions and owning the outcomes
