Job Summary

A retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Retail Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Taking ownership of individual customer queries
  • Resolving questions and achieve customer satisfaction from our customers and internal teams
  • Helping manage the customer experience through the order fulfillment process

Position Requirements Include:

  • A passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • A strong communicator who can explain complex information in simple ways
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload
  • Confident in problem solving, making independent decisions and owning the outcomes
