An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company. is in need of a Remote Retail Customer Service Representative in Columbus.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle & carefully respond to all customer inquiries by building excellent rapport & confidence & identifying their needs
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through the use of desktop applications
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Graduate or GED
- Over 18 years of age
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Availability to work various shifts
