Job Summary
An e-commerce retailer has an open position for a Remote Retail Customer Service Representative in Hickory.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading customers through their sales purchases
- Solving customer issues
- Assisting with returns, refunds and exchanges
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in order service and/or customer service
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to learn, retain and employ multiple order entry systems and support various brands
- Ability to sit for long periods of time (at a computer, speaking with customers)
- Strong PC skills to include: Internet, Microsoft Windows, and Outlook
- Must be able to attend four (4) week training
