A staffing and recruitment agency has a current position open for a Remote Retail Customer Service Representative in Mason.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Resolves problems utilizing department tools, resources, business judgment and expertise
- Assists customers telephonically and non-telephonically with service and support issues
- Acts as a positive role models by demonstrating continuous performance improvement, solid business skills and support of department and company objectives
