Job Summary
A plumbing products company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Retail Customer Service Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Processing sales orders for retail accounts and manage EDI document
- Acting as a liaison between the retail customers
- Answering incoming calls and emails efficiently and effectively
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Infrequent travel may be required
- Previous customer service experience (2 years, minimum)
- Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) a plus, but not required
- Must have excellent computer skills with expertise in MS Outlook, Excel, Word required
- Exceptional communication both verbal and written
- Must be a self-starter, quick learner and detail oriented
