A consumer products company has an open position for a Remote Retail Customer Service Specialist in Havelock.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Fielding inbound calls from customers
• Maintaining a quiet remote work environment
• Applying active listening skills

Position Requirements Include:

• Able to be onsite for training, team meetings, etc
• Previous experience in order service and/or customer service
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time
