Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Retail Customer Support Representative in Frisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supporting field and dealers via phone, email, and salesforce requests
- Working evening and weekend hours
Position Requirements Include:
- The candidate can be remote, but there may be times you may need to work from the FRISCO office
- Must have at least 5 years of strong Customer Service related experience
- Must be self motivated
