Job Summary

A retail company has a current position open for a Remote Retail Enterprise Strategy Development Director.

Must be able to:

• Lead multiple project teams on strategy consulting-like engagements
• Understand retail trends, competitors, and consumers to develop new concepts and businesses
• Become a thought partner to senior executives, influencing decisions in line with business unit and enterprise strategy

Required Skills:

• May travel to HQ up to 4 times a year
• 4-year or advanced degree as well as post graduate degree
• 5 years of work experience after graduate school in strategic leadership roles or 10+ years of strategic management experience
• Prior experience in engagement/ project leadership with a top management or innovation consulting firm
• An understanding of industry practices and the competitive retail landscape across channels and segments
• 5+ years of people management experience
