Job Summary
A retail eyewear company has an open position for a Remote Retail Eyewear Customer Experience Advisor in Nashville.
Must be able to:
- Learn our internal management system in order to efficiently process sales orders
- Use internal communication software to interact with your teammates
- Deliver nothing-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to work 20-29 hours per week
- Available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Have a quiet work space with minimal noise
- Has reliable high-speed internet connection
- Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls
