A retail eyewear company has an open position for a Remote Retail Eyewear Customer Experience Advisor in Nashville.

Must be able to:

  • Learn our internal management system in order to efficiently process sales orders
  • Use internal communication software to interact with your teammates
  • Deliver nothing-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat

Position Requirements Include:

  • Able to work 20-29 hours per week
  • Available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
  • Have a quiet work space with minimal noise
  • Has reliable high-speed internet connection
