Job Summary
A retail company has a current position open for a Remote Retail Human Resource Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing Retail Employee Relations, supporting employee relations issues as needed
- Designing and facilitating team and offsite meetings as needed
- Participating and leading projects as an integral member of the HR community
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of full cycle HR experience
- Experience working in a technology environment
- 3+ years of Retail Experience
- Experience scaling 300+ person organization
