Job Summary

A bike manufacturing company has an open position for a Remote Retail Industry Community Engagement Senior Manager in Los Angeles.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing timely answers and support to existing and future customers
  • Giving the public an opportunity to see what makes our support and community
  • Working closely with our Social Media Manager, CX and Product Support Managers

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience leading a team of customer support specialists and accountable for the performance
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media KPIs and reporting on analytics
  • Proficiency in Zendesk, Sprout, Shopify, and AgoraPulse
  • Experience implementing new platforms
  • Ability to have a highly technical conversation that connects with a diverse range of consumers in an informal setting
