Job Summary

A retail corporation is in need of a Remote Retail Industry Contact Center Operations Resolution Specialist III in Bentonville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Executing special projects for the contact center
  • Responding to and following up on incoming specialty process
  • Analyzing and reporting on incoming contacts and contact resolutions

Required Skills:

  • 2 years' experience in retail, merchandise, customer support, contact center, or a related field
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Must have an internet connection suitable for business
  • Desire to learn skills to successfully work from home
  • Ability to maintain a work environment that is free from non-work related activities
