Job Summary
A retail company is in need of a Remote Retail Industry Customer Service Associate in Westerville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering calls transferred from the Philippines, Front Desk, and Business Gift Services
- Processing refunds, process savings passes, processing reships, answering escalated emails, and editing orders as needed
- Working closely with CS Team Lead and Department manager to prioritize and complete work daily
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good communication skills
- Previous call center customer service experience required
- PC functionality including MS software ( Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail
