Job Summary
A retail company is in need of a Remote Retail Lead Product Designer.
Must be able to:
- Set UX strategy and vision for the loyalty experience across digital platforms
- Use your influence to identify and pursue user-centric outcomes within and across products
- Effectively facilitate multiple cross functional working teams and collaborate across multiple design and product teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- An experienced product designer with 7+ years of relevant product design work
- Thrive at the intersection of design strategy, scaled solutions, and craft
- Expert skills in UX and product design, as well as structuring and planning work, and owning the design process
- Advanced strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills
- Lean into complex problems, challenge the status quo, and seek to understand the ‘why’ behind human behavior and their mindsets
- Proven ability to effectively use data and insights to set your direction and communicate your approach
