A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Retail Merchant Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping build out foundational Merchant Success service model
  • Helping drive a successful market implementation
  • Acting as the de facto expert on all things retail

Required Skills:

  • Experience working with multiple external stakeholders at various levels
  • Excellent performance and results in Customer Success or similar role
  • Having a deep understanding of (and passion for) the retail and e-commerce market
  • Experience enlisting the support of internal leadership stakeholders
  • Have technical acumen
