Job Summary
A retail fishing supply company is in need of a Remote Retail Revenue Associate Director in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Further developing and refining Company's B2B/retail go-to market strategy to inform outreach and external communication, including defining account and product/brand prioritization, and developing promotional materials
- Networking with and developing new accounts – including placing retail product into non-traditional retailers
- Maintaining and expanding Company's position with existing key accounts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years of pre-MBA OR 1-2 years of post-MBA consulting/banking experience
- Experience developing and managing complex Excel models
- Experience bringing structure to ambiguous situations
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, sometimes with conflicting interests
- Ability to collaborate across internal funcional areas, leadership, and ecternal partners to optimize performance of retail channel
- Ablility to see the forest and the trees (able to consider problems and solutions at multiple levels of abstraction)
