A cosmetics company is seeking a Remote Retail Sales and Education Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and implement a sales action plan to achieve comp door sales growth
- Effectively planning, coordinating, and executing marketing-driven events
- Analyzing retail sales by territory, by door, weekly, monthly and quarterly
Qualifications for this position include:
- Flexibility to travel within Canada & USA occasionally is required
- Requires 8-10 years' experience in Cosmetic/Beauty retail
- Proven strong sales and customer service track record with passion, energy, and love of the beauty industry
- Exceptional communication, leadership and presentation skills
- Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner
