Job Summary

A home goods retail company has an open position for a Remote Retail Sales Trainer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Measuring and evaluating training results against learning objectives for all training
• Supporting all training functions within our Virtual Sales operation
• Facilitating new hire training, onboarding, ongoing training, and process change training to lead learners

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Two or more years experience in a virtual training facilitator position
• Proven ability to anticipate challenges and be decisive
• A clear and demonstrated proficiency in adult learning principles
