Job Summary
A home improvement product retail company has an open position for a Remote Retail Service Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Verify job/project completion with Customer
- Conduct initial contact with Customers and Service Providers
- Obtain installation schedules from Service Providers and confirms times with Customer for proactive communication
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer facing role
- H.S. Diploma
- Able to pursue self-development and effective relationships with others
