Job Summary

A home improvement product retail company has an open position for a Remote Retail Service Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Verify job/project completion with Customer
  • Conduct initial contact with Customers and Service Providers
  • Obtain installation schedules from Service Providers and confirms times with Customer for proactive communication

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer facing role
  • H.S. Diploma
  • Able to pursue self-development and effective relationships with others
