Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Retail Software as a Service Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Serve as point person for a portfolio of multi-stakeholder CPG and retail
  • Establish high levels of customer partnership
  • Lead customers from implementation and training

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5 years of work experience
  • Have a history of managing complex customers with multiple stakeholder points of contact
  • Experience motivating customers/clients through process or organizational change
  • Experience analyzing data and synthesizing it into data-driven stories
  • Have an analytical background
  • Project/engagement management experience
