Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Retail Software as a Service Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Serve as point person for a portfolio of multi-stakeholder CPG and retail
- Establish high levels of customer partnership
- Lead customers from implementation and training

- Have a history of managing complex customers with multiple stakeholder points of contact
