Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Retail Store Sales Manager.

Must be able to:

• Manage a team of personal mortgage advisors
• Ensure accountability and maintains departmental standards and objectives
• Review loan applications for quality and completion

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Loan Origination field
• Ability to work as a team player by supporting Company and staff when needed
• Highly organized while maintaining a strong attention to detail
• Must currently average a MINIMUM of 3 loan closes per month to be considered
