Job Summary
A technology services firm is filling a position for a Remote Retail Systems Senior Business Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining and documenting the business process flows
- Leading collaborative teams to scope, design, document, prototype and deliver technology products
- Working on retail development projects and enhancements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
- 7+ years of Retail / Order Management application experience with enterprise software systems
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency with team collaboration and defect / issue / service request management tools, such as JIRA
