Job Summary
An eCommerce software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Retail Tech Talent Partner.
Must be able to:
- Take full ownership of our recruiting strategy across Engineering, Product and other departments as needed
- Manage end-to-end recruiting including; market research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer negotiations, etc
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, set expectations, and develop interview processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills
- Must be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills
- Have previous experience utilizing a modern ATS to access reports, dashboards, and other tools and data
