Job Summary

A solar energy company is seeking a Remote Retail Training Manager in San Diego.

Must be able to:

• Collaborate with Field and Retail Sales leaders to develop training strategy
• Develop a team of Retail Sales trainers and instructional designers who have strong collaboration with business leaders
• Define process and create capability for centralized tracking and robust reporting of training

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role leading operational training in a large, complex organization
• Experience building and implementing training programs
• Experience designing and developing instructor led content
• Proven experience in development of multiple learning modalities
• All other requirements necessary for this position
