Job Summary
The field-based division of the United Nations is in need of a Remote Retainer Data Analyst .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping Design data management and reporting tools that support monitoring, evaluation, analysis and reporting against key performance indicators and the organizational work plan.
- Conducting regular data reviews, data quality controls and assurance tests on data to ensure data integrity, consistency and accuracy
- Reviewing, collating and analysing data relevant to sanitation and hygiene, including interpreting trends, creating data visuals (graphs, maps, infographics, etc.) and contributing to reports and other knowledge products
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor degree with two additional years of experience in the above fields may be considered in lieu of the requirement of a Master
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in data analysis and visualization is required
- Mastery of Google Suite and Microsoft Office is essential, including advanced functions of Sheets and Excel
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is required
- Prior experience in resource mobilization will be considered an asset
