Job Summary

A telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Retention Associate Sales Account Executive.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Taking phone calls from new and existing customers
• Fostering trust with existing and future customers
• Educating and selling customers on the long term value of products and services

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High school graduate
• Ability to effortlessly navigate in a PC environment using multiple web based applications
• Ability to adapt well to change both in sales process and work hours
• Coachable and open to learning new methods
• Desire to advance either as an individual contributor or through management training
• Ability to thrive in a high energy, highly competitive performance driven environment
