A technology and professional services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Retention Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating with National Guard Bureaus in all 54 States and Territories for the ARNG Retention Program
- Analyzing results and submit evaluative reports of current and future service requirements
- Conducting statistical and trend analysis
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school
- 10 years of retention management experience
- An associate’s degree from an accredited school and extensive relevant work experience
- knowledge of ARNG enlisted programs and benefits
- Former military experience in recruiting, retention, plans operations, and/or training
