Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Retention Marketing Manager in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and execute specific “at-risk” customer marketing cadences and action plans
- Develop and evolve retention marketing programs across email and in-app to drive increased conversion, engagement, product usage and customer ARR
- Produce content along the full customer journey, (ie. onboarding/training) to ensure a good customer experience
Position Requirements Include:
- CRM/retention marketing or demand generation experience with a focus on email (5+ years)
- Strong Marketo (Marketo certification not required but a plus) and Salesforce user, with experience with in-app software (Pendo, WalkMe, etc)
- Deep understanding of the buyer’s journey and customer lifecycle
- Ability to lead, motivate and direct the work of others
- Experience running multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of self discipline with the ability to aggressively prioritize
