Job Summary
An influencer marketing company is seeking a Remote Retention Marketing Manager in Minnepolis.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Educating the customer base about our products, and their benefits through customer newsletters, subscriber-focused content and more
- Defining personalized Omni-channel customer journeys across a customer lifecycle, purchase cycle and life stage
- Developing communication programs for email, SMS and other mediums (across transactional, lifecycle, triggered, and promotional touchpoints)
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience in email, subscription, lifecycle, or retention marketing in a direct-to-consumer environment.
- Hands-on experience with at least one ESP (preferably Klaviyo) and have created campaigns and automated/triggered programs
- Deep understanding of Can-SPAM, TCPA & FTC compliance
- Strong quantitative analytical ability and aptitude with a passion for data
- Expertise in churn management techniques and best practices
- Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and communication skills with an attention to detail and the proven ability to build relationships and coordinate
