Job Summary

A luxury beauty product specialty retailer has a current position open for a Remote Retention Operations Associate Marketing Manager in San Francisco.

Must be able to:

  • Support and execute email and mobile messaging
  • Proof, test and QA campaigns
  • Troubleshoot campaign related issues & escalate to manager as needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years minimum of digital marketing experience
  • Familiarity with email or mobile messaging deployment platforms
  • Knowledge and experience with HTML coding and content management tools
  • Hands-on experience working with different CMS and building campaigns
  • Proficient in mobile messaging campaigns segmentation and retargeting tactics
  • Understanding of email campaign segmentation and analytics
