Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and representatives to secure the return of rental equipment
• Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Document call details and maintain accurate customer files

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and in teams
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
