Job Summary

An education company is seeking a Remote Retention Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Monitor and ensure accuracy of student attendance and progress
• Act as point of contact for families that have problems logging in to the online learning system
• Serve as an information resource and provide problem-solving and ongoing support

Required Skills:

• Must have ability to travel as needed
• Associate’s degree
• 6 months of professional work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass required background check
