Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Retention Underwriter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Evaluate and verify loan application/applicant data
- Manage Approval and Condition Queue to maintain company published service standards
- Publish Underwriting Dispositions, clear conditions, analyze Change Requests
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years’ of industry knowledge
- 2+ years’ of mortgage underwriting experience required
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact and assist all levels of personnel
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
