Job Summary

A packaging and container solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Retirement and Benefits Manager in Charlotte.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing relationships with retirement plan vendors and consultants
  • Helping develop and manage global retirement plans and operating models
  • Collaborating with finance, local HR, regional total rewards, and external teams

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3-years experience within large global company
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office; Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience specifically in benefits, finance or total rewards field
  • Familiar with requirements such as 5500's, retirement plan financial statements, safe harbor provisions/QDIA notices, etc
