Job Summary
A university is filling a position for a Remote Retirement and Tuition Plans Benefits Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing generalist duties supporting over 10000 employees nationwide
- Assisting with coordination for a variety of retirement and tuition benefit related projects
- Providing data entry and maintain reports, metrics, and data analysis
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Finance, related field, or equivalent
- 2 years related experience as an employee benefits administrator, with Retirement plan management
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written with strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated consultation, analytical, and problem solving skills
