Job Summary
A financial service company has an open position for a Remote Retirement Assistant General Counsel Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Legal analysis of compliance, regulatory and contractual issues affecting the company
- Implement new retirement plan and participant level record keeping program capabilities
- Draft agreements, disclosure documents, communications and other forms
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5-10 years of experience at a law firm or company in the financial services industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- ability to handle multiple projects and manage deadlines
- Expertise with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code
- Experience with other fiduciary requirements
