Job Summary

A financial education and indemnity firm is in need of a Remote Retirement Benefits Contact Center Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide customers with information about investment options
  • Handle requests for fund transfers and exchanges
  • Process transactions

Position Requirements Include:

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated math, accounting, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to work scheduled hours (between the hours of 8:00 AM through 10:00 PM)
