Job Summary
A financial education and indemnity firm is in need of a Remote Retirement Benefits Contact Center Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide customers with information about investment options
- Handle requests for fund transfers and exchanges
- Process transactions
Position Requirements Include:
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated math, accounting, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work scheduled hours (between the hours of 8:00 AM through 10:00 PM)
