Job Summary
A radiology practice company is in need of a Remote Retirement Benefits Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as day-to-day contact for all employee questions realting to retirement and financial plans
- Developing, implementing, administering, and maintaining programs, policies and procedures
- Overseeing communication and promotion strategies for teammates, family members, and candidates
Position Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of experience in the retirement plan administration and strategy
- Excellent communication - both verbal and written
- Must be a progressive thinker with demonstrated ability to manage people and multiple projects/tasks
