Job Summary

As the initial point of contact for inquiries, the full-time Remote Retirement Benefits Representative will assist potential and existing members with their health, retirement, and financial benefits, providing phone-based administrative support and customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inquiries regarding pension plans and 401k from retirees and current employees
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints while navigating multiple systems to provide accurate information
  • Maintain proficiency in technical and program policies to ensure compliance with client guidelines
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding skills
  • Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred
