Job Summary
As the initial point of contact for inquiries, the full-time Remote Retirement Benefits Representative will assist potential and existing members with their health, retirement, and financial benefits, providing phone-based administrative support and customer service in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inquiries regarding pension plans and 401k from retirees and current employees
- Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints while navigating multiple systems to provide accurate information
- Maintain proficiency in technical and program policies to ensure compliance with client guidelines
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and keyboarding skills
- Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred
