Remote Retirement Consultant

Job Summary

A healthcare network has an open position for a Remote Retirement Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Being responsible for running pension calculations per vested terms, mandatory cash outs, and retirements
• Deploying understanding of the retiree welfare benefits, including coverages and premiums with plan providers
• Engaging knowledge of Defined Contribution Plans 401(k), 403(b), 457(b) & 457(f), matching contributions, and more

Qualifications Include:

• Demonstrated functional work experience in human resources or knowledge of the retirement industry
• Basic understanding of human resource & retirement related laws and regulations
• Requires a high degree of accuracy, with close attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
