Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Retirement Plan Account Manager in Nashville.
Must be able to:
- Prepare signature ready Forms 5500 and other government fillings
- Consistently provide a high level of customer service in terms of response rate and problem resolution
- Perform all facets of daily plan administration
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Remains current with the laws and regulations for retirement plan administration
- Ability to be the single point of contact for a group of existing Retirement Plan Services clients
- Can work with internal associates, clients, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely response to all outstanding client/plan issues
