Job Summary

A company providing human resources consulting and recruiting services is seeking a Remote Retirement Plan Administrator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing and filing IRS Forms
  • Completing required Minimum Distribution (RMD) determination and processing
  • Preparing employer plan contribution calculations

Required Skills:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or comparable professional work experience
  • Have 2 or more years' retirement plan administration experience
  • Have proven ability working with plan documents
  • Understand the intricacy of plan asset reconciliations and document distributions
  • Have broad knowledge of the retirement plan industry and willingness to obtain QKA, QPA, APA, CEBS, or other retirement plan designations
