Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Retirement Plan Design Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating competitive retirement plan illustrations and proposals
  • Assisting sales team with tracking opportunities,
  • Building and developing relationships with partner firms, retirement wholesalers and advisors

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience with retirement administration, OR a related education/experience
  • Track-record of success in a sales-related position or comparable education and experience
  • Highly professional phone manner and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable working with numbers
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize, detail-oriented and highly organized
