A national retirement services company is seeking a Remote Retirement Plan Implementation Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and partners
  • Educating Clients about their document provisions and plan operations
  • Setting realistic and appropriate expectations regarding the implementation process and timelines

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retirement plan industry
  • Experience in high-touch, direct client service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects
