Job Summary
A financial services firm has an open position for a Remote Retirement Plan Recordkeeping Manager.
Must be able to:
- Partner with the Account Executive(s) to ensure satisfaction for assigned clients
- Provide a high-definition and consolidated view of overall servicing health for assigned clients
- Serve as a client liaison and advocate to the internal business, providing support, guidance and consultations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 15+ years of experience in all facets of retirement plan recordkeeping and servicing
- A passion for identifying, qualifying and solving key customer challenges
- Detailed and extensive knowledge of recordkeeping operations and operating environments
- Prior plan-level account or relationship management experience
- Ability to employ best-in-class project management approaches, frameworks and concepts
