Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Retirement Plan Services Training Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting training and ongoing training evaluations
• Consulting/Analyzing on more complex assignments and/or projects
• Developing more complex training materials, procedures, manuals and/or visual aids

Required Skills:

• 4 Year/Bachelor's in business or finance or equivalent work experience (4 years)
• FINRA S6 within 90 days of hire
• 3 - 5+ years related experience in training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to perform under stress in cases of emergency, critical or hazardous situations
