Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Retirement Plans Regional Sales Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Prospecting producers, independent financial advisors and benefit brokers
- Preparing and presenting proposals for qualified retirement plan funding
- Partnering with internal wholesaler for territory development and management
Required Skills:
- A college degree or equivalent work experience, plus at least 3 years sales experience
- The incumbent will be required to have Retirement Plans and financial services knowledge
- Proactive selling skills
- Life insurance license
- Licensed Securities Representative or be willing to attain licenses within 6 months
- Excellent oral communication skills, especially telephone skills
