Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Retirement Plans Regional Sales Director.

Must be able to:

• Prospect key distribution channels
• Accurately prepare and effectively present proposals
• Professionally delivery proposals and value propositions at all territory finalist meetings

Qualifications for this position include:

• The position requires excellent oral communication skills, especially face to face, but also written
• A college degree and at least 5 years of B2B and/or B2B2C
• The incumbent will be required to have Retirement Plans and financial services knowledge
• Proactive selling skills are essential
• Excellent verbal skills are important in order to effectively communicate
• Effective listening and troubleshooting skills
